Situato in un luogo privilegiato della città e vicino alla metropolitana per poter visitare i luoghi più emblematici. Questo appartamento monolocale si trova al 4º piano di un palazzo senza ascensore che è stato recentemente ristrutturato con uno stile moderno e contemporaneo. Dispone di due letti singoli, bagno con doccia, balcone, soggiorno pranzo con divano-letto doppio e cucina totalmente attrezzata. Ideale per coppie o piccole famiglie.

Potrete raggiungere in pochi passi la Villa Olimpica, le spiagge, il Porto, il Giardino Zoologico di Barcellona e il Parco della Ciutadella, e praticare ogni genere di sport nautici nelle diverse spiagge.

L’ edificio Barcelona Beach IV si trova nella famosa spiaggia della Barceloneta, proprio nel quartiere più tradizionale dei pescatori e i marinai. Esistono più di quaranta ristoranti e bar dove potrete assaporare squisiti piatti di pesce e prendere un drink in riva al mare guardando il tramonto.

Gli appartamenti sono vicini a diversi mezzo di trasporto per rendere più facile lo spostamento per la città e poter visitare magnifici posti come la Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, iI Parco Güell…

CHECK IN
- In conformità con la Legge Organica della Tutela della Sicurezza del Cittadino, è obbligatorio che tutti gli ospiti che alloggiano in una struttura turistica debbano essere registrati mediante carta d’identità o passaporto. Entro le 24 ore dal vostro arrivo si darà comunicazione all'autorità locale di pubblica sicurezza delle generalità prese.

Tökeletes helyen van a szállás. A parttól 3 percre egy csendes utcában. A közelben 3 irányba is buszmegálló. Könnyü eljutni a város bármely pontjára.

We enjoyed the stay from the very beginning (during the communication with Barcelona Bedroom) till the end of our vacation. The photos totally correspond to what you find in the room. Beach is just 2 min from the flat. Must sees are also very close. Thank you, Barcelona Bedroom, for making our vacation so comfortable!

The host is extremely nice and helpful! The flat was clean and location is just perfect - 3 minutes walk from the sea. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

Espacio muy agradable para pasar unos días en pareja. Muy limpio, cuidado y bastante bien equipado. Es pequeño, pero cómodo. Ubicación incomparable...y desde el balcón se ve el mar!

We had an amazing stay. The host was helpful and easily Accessible for any queries we needed answered. The location was fantastic you could see the ocean from the balcony, there were fantastic places to eat near the apartment for example there was brunch and cake. We are already missing the historic architecture of the buildings and the Seaview we cannot wait to visit again

Fantastic location and nice apartment with some mold odor. Spain is one of the largest wine producer in the world, and no wine glasses in the apartment🙂 We also missed sharp knifes and beach towells. But overall ee had a nice stay.

Estuvimos bien pero nos faltó una manta adicional, tuvimos que poner el aire acondicionado toda la noche, lo cual es más caro y desagradable, también nos hubiera gustado tener una repisa como mesita de noche ya que no cabe ésta, y una mesita auxiliar en el salón junto al sofá. También se agradece que informen que no hay ascensor.

Everything went well. From our booking, service questions and response time prior to arrival. Check in was smooth and easy even though we arrived after midnight. Could have been cleaned a little bit better. The apartment is modern and in a great location. Would we stay again? Yes!

Wonderful location. Pretty quiet location due to walk street. Lovely cafeteria across the street for morning coffees. Stairway to upper floors a bit narrow for big luggages and little minus for not having a lift. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Very nice and modern appartment-Super place-very close to the Beach-and you Can walk almost everywhere you want to!it was very silent and relaxing and at the same Time you were downtown in 15 minutes!barcelona is a very nice city- we are surely coming back and we would like to live in the Same appartment again!see you-and thanks a lot!

Appartement très propre et très bien situé. A 1 minute de la plage, un vrai confort! Pas de nuisance sonore et appartement proche de toute commodité. Un point négatif quand même: l'absence de place de parking lorsqu'on vient en voiture. La fourière a même embraqué notre voiture dès notre 1er jour d'arrivée. Notre voiture était située dans la rue parallèle à l'appartement :( Les voitures "étrangères" doivent uniquement se garer dans les parking privés à 39€ la nuit. Ca élève donc la facture de la nuit dans l'appartement classbedroom à Barceloneta...

We were very happy within the first 5 days, but the last two days there were new renters both above and underneath us. They were VERY noisy througt the night. Ringing at our doorbell, shouting, knoking at their own doors for between ½ and 1 hour. So the last 2 days stay were very disapointing unfortunately BR, Annbeth Soerensen

The douchecabine was a little bit small and not very clean, because off damp-stain. The bed was a little bit small but comfortable. For the rest a super appartement. Thanks a lot...

War ein sehr guter Empfang. Wurden von der Metro Station abgeholt, was sehr nett war. Außerdem war das App. direkt am Strand und von der Reinigung wirklich tip top!! Denke wir sehen uns wieder, nächstes Jahr!! Danke!!
