Leider etwas verbrauch.Gesamte Austattung brauch kleinere teilweise größeren Reparaturen zb. Dusche .Wasser läuft auf den gesamten Bad Boden .Reklamation bei Notruf Telefon hat keinen erfolg gebracht. Treppenhausaufgang wurde 2 Wochen lang nicht geputzt . Für uns nicht schlecht aber nicht ausreichend .Lage 100 Punkte Austattung Komfort leider mittelmäßig,schade es könnte sehr schöne Apartment sein .

We had to move to another apartment because the heater was not working. This took some while. In both apartments we advice you to replace the electric water cooker/kettle. And in wintertimes it would be convenient to have more blankets.

We chose this apartment for its amazing location and we were not disappointed. Check in was prompt, efficient and friendly. Apartment was very clean but quite sparse. The beds are very clean, as was linen but were small and very hard and the one pillow each very thin and uncomfortable. We asked many times and it took 3 nights before we received another pillow each. Only 2 smallish and thin bath towels and 2 hand towels, not really adequate for 2 people for a week. It would be nice to have had some cushions on sofa or chairs. A few more home comforts would really improve the apartment. Some balcony chairs and a table would also be a nice touch. Some concern over key situation as it is the same key for the front door and the apartment and there were several other apartments in the block. Was good to have a roof terrace but it is very scruffy and uninviting so we did not use it.

En fin lille lejlighed til to og ligger rigtig godt, tæt på stranden og 25 min. ind til byen. Barcelona er en skønt by.

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 days holiday. It is very close to the beach and you can actually see the sea from the little apartment balcony. I wish we only had a little more sun.. next time we come in a bit warmer month. Thank you ClassBedroom team

Brand new apartment in the centre ! Close to all restaurants in a very nice & quite area. The only thing we didn't like is that the wadhing machine is located in the upper floor & microwave / oven is to small to cool for 3/4 persons.

This apartment was very close to every thing a great base for exploring the city, plenty of restaurants around to pick from and a beautiful beach ju a few minutes walk.

Appartement bien situé dans barceloneta proche de la mer visible du balcon. Les lits sont confortables mais le clic clac un peu dur. Le linge de toilette et les draps sont fournis. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif et aux photos. A recommander

Une magnifique situation géographique! La personne qui a fait l'accueil est top du top. Un pro et très très arrangeant. Sérieux c'est une superbe affaire à saisir. J'en fais des rêves :-)

we stayed in Barceloneta apartment in October for 5 days.the place is in perfect location, just 100 meters from the sea. area is full of small bakeries, cafes and shops. I would definitely recommend this place. we had couple of small issues- like mattress in sofa bed was not very comfortable, cushions needed changing, there was not enough of toilet paper provided for our stay and knives needed sharpening, but the rest was very good.

nice place, great location, a bit small for 4 people really unless you like each other A LOT as the beds are separated only by a curtain. But all in all a really nice clean place, lovely balcony, all mod cons. I'd go back.

Wlan ging nicht, obwohl es bezahlt wurde. Trotz Mail mit Ankunftsdaten mussten wir über eine Stunde warten bis wir an unserem Ankunftstag ins Apartment konnten. Ansonsten alles sehr gut und weiterempfehlenswert!

Perfekte Lage, direkt am Strand und trotzdem sehr stadtnah; Apartment war sehr sauber, Schlüsselübergabe hat unkompliziert geklappt !

Great location close to the beach and a lot more quiet then the area around the Ramblas. It is not that big but comfortable, although we prefer a double bed instead of two single beds put together. We can definetely recommend it to others. Saskia and Bob
