Appartamento a Barcellona, completamente ristrutturato e situato in un edificio con ascensore ed in pieno centro dell’ Eixample. L’appartamento “EIXAMPLE FREE 211, 1 1”offre un’eccellente disposizione, davvero ottima per un gruppo di amici e famiglie. Dispone di una camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale, una seconda camera con due letti singoli ed un’altra con letti a castello, bagno con cabina doccia e servizi igienici, sala da pranzo e cucina.

L’Eixample di Barcellona, uno dei quartieri più emblematici della città. Questo distretto esiste dal 1860, dopo la demolizione delle mura medievali. Ad oggi, è un grande quartiere commerciale e residenziale, ben collegato con linee di autobus e metropolitana con le quali potrete spostarvi rapidamente raggiungendo il centro, la Sagrada Familia o anche il Camp Nou.

CHECK IN
- In conformità con la Legge Organica della Tutela della Sicurezza del Cittadino, è obbligatorio che tutti gli ospiti che alloggiano in una struttura turistica debbano essere registrati mediante carta d’identità o passaporto. Entro le 24 ore dal vostro arrivo si darà comunicazione all'autorità locale di pubblica sicurezza delle generalità prese.

- L'accesso ai nostri appartamenti avviene tramite un'applicazione sul vostro smartphone o inserendo un codice su una tastiera che troverete accanto alla porta d'ingresso.
- Una volta effettuata la prenotazione, vi invieremo una mail di conferma con accluso un form da compilare con i vostri dati personali, per registrare gli ospiti, effettuare i pagamenti e firmare il contratto.

- 24 ore prima del vostro arrivo riceverete il link per attivare le chiavi, a patto che il modulo telematico sia stato completato.

- Se le informazioni sugli ospiti non sono registrate, se vi è un pagamento ancora da versare o se il contratto non è firmato, il nostro sistema non sarà in grado di generare i codici di accesso.

- I nostri appartamenti sono dotati di sistemi di misurazione del rumore e una guardia notturna.

- Si prega di rispettare il silenzio dalle ore 22 alle ore 7.

First time writing a review in general! Our stay in Barcelona and specifically at the Eixample apartments was an absolute blast! Big apartment clean rooms and bathroom! PERFECT LOCATION close to the metro and bus station 15 minutes from center! The people were very helpful answering our emails and phone calls! Thank you very much we will be back 🙏

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Placé dans un quartier calme et central.. L'accueil s'est très bien passé. La personne nous a conseillé sur les commerces à proximité. Il n'y a pas de terrasse mais un balcon.

L'appartamento di Carrer de Corsega 211 è spartano ma funzionale e veramente molto pulito. La posizione è ottima: vicino alla metro e, sotto casa, ci sono supermercati, fruttivendoli, negozio di empanadas ecc. Materassi comodi. Cucina pulita e fornita del necessario.

As you can see everything about our stay at ClassBedroom was a big smiley face. Unfortunately the apartment directly above has a baby/child who woke throughout the night and screamed. At about 5 in the morning there were toddler/child footsteps running backwards and forwards and pushing furniture around the room. I am aware that none of this is anything to do with you and presumably you are unaware of the unacceptable noise level. None of us ever had a full night's sleep, which was a pity. I am conscious that none of this is your fault. And would like to stress how impressed we were by the apartment as the emoji rating testifies. With best wishes, Jenny Price

Appartamento bello. Lavandino del bagno non utilizzato perche' perdeva acqua. Camera matrimoniale senza luce.comunque siamo stati bene e tornermo in vacanza con classbedroom

Todo muy bien. La ubicación muy centrica se llega a pie a Las Ramblas sin problema. El piso un poco viejo pero comodo. Lo único es que hay que darle un repaso al aire acondicionado no enfria lo suficiente.

The apartment was perfect, very clean and spacious, it is very easy to get there by metro or bus. The host was very kind. Everything was very really good during our stay in Barcelona.

Apartamento amplio con capacidad para 6 personas. Camas cómodas y todo muy limpio. Nos cobraron 20 euros por hacer el check-in más tarde. El wifi no era gratuito, 10 euros por los 3 días que estuvimos.

Come si può vedere abbiamo apprezzato tutto, tranne che per i rumori che durante la notte disturbavano tantissimo. E poi la cauzione di € 300,00 è spropositata,durante la prenotazione questa clausola non la ricordo. Aspettiamo il reaccredito immediato.

The kitchen was not very well equipped. It would be better to have more glasses, knives and cups. The programmes on the TV were only on Spanish and in fact we could not really watch TV, because signal wasn't good. The wifi was excellent.

Excellent apartment, spacious, comfortable, well equipped with appliances and furniture that give a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent location in a quiet residential neighborhood. Attention and communication with management was smooth and timely. I recommend it, it was an excellent service and accommodation.

The apartment was quite large and well furnished. It was well located in the city close to the metro and shopping. The front bedroom is located close to a noisy street which made sleeping difficult at night. Our only problem was that we had booked a different apartment within walking distance to my husbands business meetings but we were switched to this location causing a 30/45 minute metro ride during rush hour. The location of this apartment was good for getting around the city.

We are very happy with the flat and service from the check-in staff. The only problem was the balcony door to the bedroom, which was broken I think...You couldn't close it properly so it was very noisy when the cars was passing by, and the window was vibrating from the traffic outside. You should get it fixed. We will come back again. Thanks from Stockholm!
